If jobs move from the U.S. to Finland
Propganda video warns of U.S. jobs moving to Finland. So basically the message is, “Fuck other countries!!” ?? But point taken, the American education system is seriously messed up…
Hat Tip to z zz for the link!

US has the right to protect its skillful workers.
Looking at the American education system, the next government has a lot to do, so good luck!

The countries with the best schools attract the best jobs??? Obviously Finland has disproved that theory LOL!
That’s if we are to believe that Finland’s secondary education system is best in the world. Maybe it is. But jobs in Finland’s socialist welfare state sure aren’t the best.
If these propagandists only knew

Government in America has never been good at maintaining the school system, and there’s no reason for us to believe that it’s going to improve anytime soon. So the best bet is to get government out of it altogether. Instead, the school system should be privatized (with vouchers) to give parents true choices in which schools their children attend.

People need to understand how the US education system works before they start pointing fingers. Education is basically done on the State and local level, not the Federal level. Over 90% of the funding also comes from state and local sources (This is why people pay property taxes.)
This is why education in the cities suck. Broken families do not push the school systems to properly educate their children and don’t push their children either.
Blaming Bush is the easy way our and forces no change on the ststem itself.
The school point their fingers at him so that they deflect the attention from themselves.

Jobs moving to Finland?!? Spilled my coffee there! All those from abroad that Finland educated are returning home, quite soon after their studies. Thank you Finland, for your education, I seek fortune elsewhere. And who can blame them really… There are hardly any jobs for them.

The ad is precisely what you would expect from americans trying to be serious about something - hokey.
And I guess they won’t about the downfall of their school system as long as the few elite schools produce good results.
I have recently started to understand the american psyche which is that everyone can buy lottery tickets (have opportunities) and if you win you go FUCK YOU I’M RICH!!!!!

Fred Fry:
“Broken families do not push the school systems to properly educate their children”
Or perhaps a school curriculum that is the result of a shouting contest between barely literate rednecks is to blame here.
Finland has its share of broken families. Curiously enough that has never interfered with the school system’s ability to do its job.

Speak for yourself. If your job sucks, you might want to consider the possibility that this is because you are a loser.
I’m just wondering what to do with my 55k neocon roubles (paid in real money of course) I’ll be getting as a nice little lomaltapaluuraha this year.
