Hmmm, those are great for ice fishing. You can sit by the hole without freezing your ass and the beverages stay cool. I would add some sort of tube, working as a straw, so you don’t have to stand up and screw the bottle off every time you take a sip.

#1 Imagine sitting on 1 bottle Salmiakki,1 bottle Koskenkorva,1 bottle
Mustikka…you could interconnect the bottles with your tube set up.
After a few hours of “drawing down” the contents, you might forget about fishing….

Come to think of it,back in the late 60’s,infinndel remembers seeing at Woodstock a similar but somewhat further modified BONG device being passed around, while stoned hippies grovelled in the slippery mud.

#2: Yeah, definitely! Have to work out somthing like that for New Year’s Eve! And it’s all about the size of the fish…

Yes, and it is very important to choose beverages with good de-icing properties.
Of similar activities, fishing is much safer compared to, say, duck hunt, where after some time everybody by the pond, except the ducks are in lethal danger.

Sadly, no beer. The bottles need to be plastic and beer is, luckily, still sold in glass bottles.
Cider would work, though…
