IT Company in Espoo looking for English speaker

My good friends at Idean Research in Espoo (in Otaniemi) are looking for “an IT expert for a System Administrator role” with 1-2 years experience and they’re very open to having an English speaker. I work with this company on a regular basis and they’re a great bunch of people, it would be an excellent place to work. If you’re interested, please contact Wendy Furst…

No, just kidding. There are probably a few English speakers reading this blog that could use more help like this

Bad news for the EU again. The USA economy is going gang buster. Heck even my local county is reducing taxes (1.5 cents on 87 cents per 100 taxed dollars).
Yea I know that will be only a $20 payback, but heck they are swimming in tax dollars and some needs to go back to those who pay in.
Does the EU ever reduce taxes?

“Does the EU ever reduce taxes”,
No, because the EU doesn’t set taxes, member states do. And actually, Finland has reduced taxes several times.
The Finnish economy is also going very well except the difference is that Finland isn’t borrowing money from the Chinese to do so.

That is actually not a bad idea Mika about publishing jobs that non-finnish speakers could apply for :). It is very difficult for foreigners to find a job in Finland unless one speaks finnish. My boyfriend is italian and has been trying to find a job in Finland for over 2 years but noone wants him cause he doesnt speak finnish. How is it in Nokia, do they take many foreign engineers? Btw…love ur page Phil, read it every morning while drinking my morning coffee

Go to Itella or Posti, colorful bunch over there. Satama Interactive has a lot of people from many different countries if you know your new-media, I used to worked there few years back. Maybe should check there later though, since their CEO got fired today
