I feel that what we have here is something far more serious than a handfull of off color cartoons. The Danish Muslim leadership (who should have known better) have shown their true intentions from the very beginning, intimidation of the government from the intolerant Islamic world community. The Local Danish Islamic community should have tried to keep this a local issue, and accept the limitations on what they could achieve with the paper (meeting with the editor in chief and op-ed space). They chose to do otherwise, adding a few cartoons of their own from an unknown source(they refuse to divulge it)so it must be of their own design. That is the story here, not Muslim disatisfaction/anger with the pictures themselves,.....especially since three of the most incitefull most likely were Muslim in origin.
