Tervetuloa | Welcome

  1. I rode on buses like that all the time back in Houston. However, they never got stuck on snowy hills.

  2. It’s the fat guy in the back who’s to blame for this.

  4. Finland used to be buffer zone against Soviet Union for Sweden. Now it looks like Sweden is the buffer zone against Mother Nature for Finland :) Well, too bad..:)

  5. Estonia is loaded with used Swedish busses exhausting black fumes of poisonous gasses seen and smelt miles away. Looks like Swedes found themselves a free junk yard :-)

  6. Or hoard of drunken engineering students started to rock the fully packed bus in the middle of ride. The weather would be so typical Vappu…

My old colleagues at HKL told about a tram derailing at Kaisaniemenkatu and crashing into windows of clothing shop Kappakeskus/Pukeva (Don’t remember the store, that is now there.) Older Mr.Jaari was still the manager at that time and on the next day he had big RYSÄYSALE (CRASH SALE) advertisements everywhere.
