Osmo Soininvaara of Finnish Greens takes another hit

Yet another Finnish Green Party member has entered the race to head the Green League. This time it’s Member of Parliament, Anni Sinnemäki – That brings the total of possible candidates to like 140 or something. Osmo Soininvaara is wishing he would have kept his mouth shut when he begged for some competition.
With all these candidates running for Green Party chair, conducting a vote would be way to complicated, so Parliamentarian and Green Party member Rosa Merilainen has suggested a “Bong Off” where all candidates rotate and take hits off a 4-foot bong (similar to how the Pope is selected) until one is left standing – that person will be dubbed Green Party chairperson and featured in next month’s issue of “High Times” magazine. American Green and former Presidential candidate, Ralph Nader, will be there to judge the competition. The competition is expected to last roughly 4-5 days.
